ugh! I couldn't get past page chapter 2. cliched boring hideous writing I fail to see it as "so funny" nothing original about the lead female. oh and evonovich jumped the shark years ago. .YUK as a female ill.stick Dorsey and the oher REALLY comedic mystery writers. this one is just another stupid romance writer

I loved this RomCom. It’s absolutely hilarious! I mean laugh-out-loud, tears in my eyes funny. And the characters were great. This couple lived in the same building and had been bickering for the past 2 years so it’s no wonder Marion didn’t realize Mack loved her. I liked that this story didn’t have the couple in raunchy lust but hot, passionate love. Follow this wanna-be actress and diner/apartment owner in this quick, funny love story. You won’t want to miss it.

Quick read. Amusing and steamy. Unmistakable Elise Sax characters. Felt like I was reading about her take on Luke and Loralei (Gilmore Girls). The wisecracking may have gone a little too far...
