A fun anthology!!
I bought this book mostly for the story by my favorite author, who wrote “There Be Dragons,” which was my favorite story!! I’d love to see this become a novel, or series!! Her writing never ceases to amaze me!!! Another story I really enjoyed is “My Father’s Sword.” I always enjoy anthologies and Fantasy/SciFi. Some of the stories left things up in the air to the degree of feeling unsatisfied. So I didn’t love all the stories, but sometimes that is the case with anthologies. I’m rating this as my overall enjoyment of the anthology.
A great collection
Given a chance to read science fiction and fantasy in one book, I'm on it.
I very much enjoyed the variety of characters across the stories in this anthology. There is really something for everyone in here: aliens, A.I.s, mermaids, faeries, elves, dragons, and gnomes. Each story brought a different emotion.
Two of my favorites were "Parcel Twist" and "Value."
