This is a collection of short stories, prequels, or excerpts from novels that center around a fairy tale. The stories mainly take place at the 16th birthday celebration for Tinsley Constantine. The main families, part of the backdrop of these stories, are the Constantines and Morettis. Both families walk the grey line when it comes to legal businesses. There is a total of 13 stories in this collection. Many of these stories have dark themes and some reference physical violence. Overall, the stories were quick and intense. Some were more entertaining than others. I think there is something here for everyone.

Review for Danger’s First Kiss by Aleatha Romig Danger’s First Kiss is a retelling of the timeless tale of Cinderella. A short, quick read on how Lorna and Reid meet. A great introduction to their upcoming novel - Dusk. What I also enjoy about this story is the appearance of the different characters from Aleatha's books. It was amazing and totally unexpected! If you're a fan of the Sparrow trilogies this prologue is a must-read

This is a very short story in a collection of wonderful authors. My review is for King Midas by Skye Warren. Skye Warren packs a lot of emotion into this short story. I enjoyed the banter, the feels, and the sexual tension. It has dark undertones but there are also funny, sweet, and sensual parts. The characters have sizzling hot chemistry and they are a perfect match of perfectly imperfect people. I enjoyed every minute of it! ***ARC generously provided in exchange for an honest review.***
