4.5 stars. I wanted to read more about Thomas' business. Plus, the typos are annoying, but still a great story and a great read. Each book in the series seems to get better.

Oh my gawd! I’ve wanted Tomas’ story for so long and now that I’ve gotten it I’m so giddy! He was absolutely perfect in every way! So protective of Stephanie, always there when she needed him, he was gentle when her life had been filled with brutality. For a man who lived life hard, he was able to reach through to her through kindness and love. I freaking loved him so hard! This is a fast paced read, relatively short, that felt like a much longer book in the way that it covered so much. Nothing felt rushed or short changed. The character development was spot on. My heart hurt for the pain and agony Stephanie had had to experience, but I absolutely cheered as she slowly transformed into a woman of confidence and strength. Her life had some very dark times in it so beware of triggers but holy heck did Tomas shine when he was finally allowed to show his feelings to her. I’ve been a huge fan of this series but this is one book that I’ll have to shout about forever! Gah! Everyone needs a Tomas in their life and I’m claiming him as my own, prorated back to the minute he was first created. Sorry ladies, but he…is…MINE!
