Enjoyed the story of the emotionally abused daughter, the rancher's son who wants to make his Dad happy and proud of him. The mail order bride was unexpected and was interesting that those still happen. Knew that the bear would show up before the story ended. Life happens everywhere and to everyone. If we are ready for it or not it just does. Enjoyed reading it.

would read thisbook and enjoy ...BUT...one letter on every page for pages and pages and pages ??? why ??? i lose my concentration on the book, getting lost in finding all the correct words ☹️ is it just me? .....when i find there are one letter on each page i delete the book from my library because i read to enjoy not to be annoyed and oh my how, ONE LETTER PER PAGE annoys me so much that I refuse to struggle through the book..something I'm supposed to enjoy turns into a reading job !!! sincerly ....
