In 2011 Arthur Charles Evans CBE, reached the end of his long and successful life just short of his 95th birthday. His daughter was left with copies of his letters written from Stalag VIIIb during his 5 years' internment. She blogged the letters and has now published this moving account of his life as a prisoner of war.
