4 stars - I liked the story but not a safe word or 3 in sight. It's fine to write about BDSM but these books are not right at all. A good try but very unsafe material for the novice romantic sub to read and get all excited about - the real world does not have such people in it, do remember this is fiction and so should be treated as such.

It seems that everyone is on the bandwagon for the Fifty Shades series everyone is doing the same thing. This is book is like a minion, you have a ivy league smart intelligent character and you dummy her down to a submissive prostitute for a man she hardly knows a waste of my time that I will never get back, and the sex scenes are whack, put some more juice to it sheesh.

About the author

Aleatha Romig is a New York Times, Wall Street Journal, and USA Today bestselling author who lives in Indiana. She grew up in Mishawaka, graduated from Indiana University, and is currently living south of Indianapolis. Aleatha has raised three children with her high school sweetheart and husband of nearly thirty years. Before she became a full-time author, she worked days as a dental hygienist and spent her nights writing. Now, when she's not imagining mind-blowing twists and turns, she likes to spend her time a with her family and friends. Her other pastimes include reading and creating heroes/anti-heroes who haunt your dreams!
