About this ebook

Betraying the most powerful man in New York wasn’t something I ever envisioned when I first started playing games with Winston Constantine. But he’s engaged in far more dangerous games than ours, and his enemies are out for blood.

Winston has my heart, the Morellis have incriminating photos, and I’m left with nothing except three stepbrothers who want to hurt me and a future in doubt. I knew Winston wouldn’t be my prince charming, but that didn’t stop me from falling for him.

After all, the slippers fit, and I let myself believe I’d be dancing with Winston forever.

Until too much truth comes to light.

Until I realize instead of ruling the board, I was just a pawn.

In the end, I have only one question. When his game with me is over, will I be able to pretend as if the glass slipper wasn’t a perfect fit?

Welcome to the Midnight Dynasty... The warring Morelli and Constantine families have enough bad blood to fill an ocean, and their brand new stories will be told by your favorite dangerous romance authors.

Heart Eyes • With the explosive cliffhanger we were left with in Prince Charming, we pick up right where we left off and are given an absolute phenomenal conclusion to this dark Cinderella-esque trilogy. If you’ve been reading this trilogy and following the twisted love story of Ash and Winston, (and OF COURSE Shrimp) then you know it’s been an uphill battle for these two. It’s no different with this book but we finally get answers to those long anticipated questions, feelings and overall mysteries surrounding them. I loved this book so much, from start to finish it is completely enrapturing! The overall development of really all the characters had to be my favorite, in particular Ash. Ash has really found her footing in this third book and is challenging not only Winston but others around her and her life in general. It’s been incredible watching her go from the young naive girl listening to music and slacking off in an empty office to owning who she is and taking what she wants. Winston is of course hot and dominating, as always, but we see and get so much more from him as he weaves through his feelings and figures things out around him. The Glass Slipper is the perfect conclusion to this warped fairytale love story with an incredibly satisfying epilogue to boot! I really enjoyed all the twists and turns that this trilogy took me on, it has for sure made me a fan of K. Webster’s writing. Strongly recommend reading this series.

This is book 3 in the Cinderella series and they must be read in order. In case you missed it the trilogy is: #1: Stroke of Midnight ↠ 5 stars! #2: Prince Charming ↠ 5 stars! #3: The Glass Slipper ↠ 5 stars! I am a huge fan of dark and twisted reads and was so excited to get this twisted Cinderella story. In Stroke of Midnight (book 1) we met Ash who is working as an office cleaner since her father spent her college fund on his new wife. Not only that but she has three evil stepbrothers that are determined to destroy her. Winston is king of his empire and confronts her for not doing her job and he ends up offering her a new position that she can’t refuse. In Prince Charming (book 2) we had Ash getting further under Winston’s skin although he is adamant that she will never be his wife. But as much as he denies it, his siblings are seeing something between them and they like her. I love the banter between the siblings and the way they are all ready to keep Ash safe. But when her secrets are discovered will they still be on her side? In The Glass Slipper (book 3) we pick up right at the cliffhanger from book 2. Win just caught Ash conversing with a Morelli, but will he step back and listen to her reasons? I loved how Ash wouldn’t back down no matter how hard Win pushed her away. I loved the twists that showed there was more to Ash than anyone knew about, even more than she knew about herself. This was an amazing trilogy and I was sad to see it finally come to an end. In a nutshell: 5/5 Stars • Hero (Winston) • Heroine (Ash) • Plot 5/5 • Writing Style 5/5 • Steam 4/5 • Romance 4/5 • Pacing Fast • MF • Age Gap • Dark • Plot twists #MSBB

Fracking YES!!! Team Constantine for the win! " No baby, we're not good. That's not who we are. We're bad, but don't worry, we're really, really good at it. " The best couple of 2021 This is how a rewritten adult fairy tale should read. All the magic of possibility combined with suspense sprinkled with laughter and dosed in a whole lot of dirty Winston and Ash are at a standoff Winny is mad but I think it is more at himself than at his Cinderelliott Ash did what she felt was right she would trade everything to protect her Win Now she just needs to get him to open his eyes to the truth before Leo keeps his threat and destroys them both Each scathing and unexpected event seems to trigger another - A bit like dominos - as things snowball around them they both find they are forced to face certain truths Some they are prepared for others not so much Friends soon show themselves to be the enemy and enemies become nothing but cannon fodder for team Constantine And the hits just keep coming I laughed I cried I got really really mad And I swooned - I want my own " black hole sucking everything into his void" boss/sugar daddy/boyfriend 😍 This is one of those trilogies I will read over and over
