Lovely Christmas story by Josie Riviera! Krystal Walters was just getting a chance to enjoy the the Portuguese countryside when she experienced a surfing accident that left her dealing with a concussion. She was informed that getting home for the holidays needed to be changed because traveling wasn't part of the doctor's orders. Adolfo Silva spent most of his time working from sunrise to sunset on the family's olive farm, but seeing Krystal being hit by a huge wave and swallowed up by tons of ocean water made him realize that there is more to life than just working. He decides taking care of Krystal and keeping her safe is his main priority and hopes he can get her to see that spending Christmas with him and his family won't be so bad. It might even be worth it, maybe for the rest of their lives. I was given an ARC from the author. All conclusions are mine and mine alone.
